Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide students in choosing suitable courses and universities based on their academic background, career goals, and financial capacity.
  • Handle end-to-end admission processes including application preparation, documentation, and follow-up with universities.
  • Provide accurate information on admission procedures, visa guidelines, and country-specific requirements.
  • Conduct counselling sessions (in person and online) for students and parents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and partner institutions to ensure smooth processing of applications.
  • Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
  • Maintain proper records of student interactions and conversions in CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for student enrolments.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in student counselling or the overseas education industry (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of international education systems and visa processes will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
