Understanding of Education-Based Counselling Good communication & interpersonal skills Past Experience of working in a educational environment Position Overview: A Student Counsellor supports students in overcoming personal, academic, and social challenges to achieve their full potential. They provide guidance, mentorship, and resources to help students navigate their educational and personal development journey while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. Qualifications: · Any Graduate , B.A in Any Specialization, B.B.A/ B.M.S in Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. in Computers Proven experience working with students or in an educational setting Academic Support: Guide students in setting realistic academic goals and improving time management and study habits. Offer strategies to overcome learning challenges or manage exam stress. Collaborate with teachers and parents to create support plans for struggling students. Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school administrators to support student development. Develop and implement programs to enhance the overall well-being of the student community. Skills and Competencies: Excellent listening and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with students. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 24/06/2025
