Job Description

Pitching prospective leads about the projects/ products and services, and providing all information and query resolution. Assist and manage the lead acquisition, data management, client acquisition, client grievances, and reporting issues successful conversion. Provide end-to-end support & coordinate with Center Counsellors, Other team members for systems and policy Build relationships with new customers to drive sales Build relationships with existing customers to generate reference sales. Create, and run survey campaigns and assist the Sales team. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to lead conversion. Prepare regular reports on conversion rates, revenue generated, and customer satisfaction levels This responsibility is not limited, it keeps varying as per the business requirements.
