Working Days Monday to Saturday
Salary 15 to 20 percent hike on last drawn salary based on experience and performance
Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counseling

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Academic Counsellor to help guide students in making informed decisions about their career paths and academic goals You will play a vital role in converting leads into admissions by providing accurate information and building strong rapport with potential students

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses career opportunities and enrollment proceduresFollow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns and walkinsAssist in admission processes and documentationMaintain student records and provide timely updates to the managementEnsure high conversion rates by effectively explaining the benefits of the institute coursesWork closely with the academic and marketing teams for coordinated outreach

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counseling or student advisory rolesExcellent communication skills in English and Bengali both spoken and writtenStrong interpersonal skills with a student friendly approachAbility to handle queries and guide students professionally and empatheticallyTarget oriented mindset with a willingness to work in a fast paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
