Academic coordinator & Placement officer

Job Summary:

The Academic Coordinator & Placement Officer is responsible for overseeing academic operations, ensuring smooth conduct of classes and assessments, maintaining academic quality, and coordinating with faculties and students. Additionally, the role includes managing student placement activities — building employer relationships, arranging interviews, and tracking placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:Academic Coordination:

• Plan, organize, and monitor academic schedules, timetables, and course progress.
• Coordinate with trainers/faculties to ensure syllabus completion as per schedule.
• Maintain attendance records, student performance reports, and academic documentation.
• Handle student queries, grievances, and provide academic guidance.
• Ensure quality delivery of training programs and adherence to institutional standards.
• Support in organizing seminars, workshops, and internal events.

Placement & Career Services:

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare centers, and corporate employers for student placements.
• Coordinate internship and job placement opportunities for students.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of academic management and placement procedures.
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Student engagement skills.
• English must be fluent

Minimum 1 year of experience required

Qualification : BCA/MCA/MBA/B tech

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
