Job Description

Qualification : Any PG/ UG - minimum 1 year of experience in the same field.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Academic Planning & Administration

  • Develop and implement the academic calendar, timetables, and course schedules.
  • Coordinate with department heads and faculty to ensure smooth academic operations.
  • Monitor curriculum delivery and ensure compliance with university/board norms.
  • Oversee examination schedules, internal assessments, and academic audits.

2. Faculty Coordination

  • Facilitate communication between management, principal, HODs, and faculty members.
  • Assist in faculty allocation, workload distribution, and substitution planning.
  • Support new faculty orientation and ensure timely dissemination of academic guidelines.

3. Student Support & Management

  • Address academic concerns of students and guide them on institutional policies.
  • Ensure proper conduct of mentoring, tutoring, and remedial classes.
  • Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and coordinate with mentors.

4. Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure academic quality standards as per NAAC/NBA/AICTE/University guidelines.
  • Maintain documentation related to academics, assessments, and performance indicators.
  • Support accreditation processes and periodic academic reviews.

5. Examination & Evaluation

  • Coordinate internal examinations, assignments, and continuous evaluation activities.
  • Ensure proper question paper setting, invigilation, and evaluation procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and transparency in academic evaluations.

6. Event & Program Coordination

  • Organize academic events such as seminars, workshops, FDPs, conferences, and guest lectures.
  • Facilitate industry-institute interactions and academic collaborations.
  • Coordinate orientation programs, academic fairs, and student development activities.

7. Record Maintenance & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, results, faculty workload, and academic performance.
  • Prepare academic reports for management, university authorities, and accreditation agencies.
  • Ensure timely submission of academic data and documentation.

8. Institutional Development

  • Identify areas for academic improvement and propose corrective actions.
  • Promote a positive learning environment and support innovative teaching practices.
  • Coordinate initiatives for enhancing student performance and institutional rankings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
