Role & responsibilities Providing customer service to potential clients by answering questions about products and services offered by the Organisation. • Planning and delivering the trial sessions, maintaining responsibility for ensuring the trial is being delivered within 2-3 days of the clients reaching out with their needs. • Calling and Maintaining relationships with the clients by providing them with information about courses offered by the Organisation and other details and also cross-marketing from time to time. • Conducting Workshops, planning, organizing, and sending information to all participants in workshops regularly. • Coordinating with other departments within the Organisation so that all converted leads are dealt with appropriately. Follow-up with Parents till final conversions and starting of the classes. • Scheduling meetings and conducting Seminars/Webinars as a part of the Lead conversion process. • Identifying opportunities to generate leads through research. • Training teachers about conducting trial sessions based on Parents' requirements, supporting them with required material so that they are well prepared for the trial. • Sending meeting invites to the parents and teachers well in advance so that they can block the slots. • Preparing the contents of the courses with FAQs for the Parents. • Preparing contents/course materials/syllabus regularly for different time zones and subjects
