Academic Coordinator

• Key Responsibilities:
• Program and Curriculum Oversight: Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous review of academic programs and curricula to meet educational objectives and quality standards.
• Scheduling and Operations: Coordinate and manage the course schedules for various programs, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and facility availability.
• Faculty and Student Support: Provide essential administrative and logistical support to faculty and serve as a resource for students regarding program requirements and academic procedures.
• Academic Guidance and Progress: Monitor student academic progress, offer comprehensive academic advising, and intervene when necessary to support student success.
• Research Assistance: Assist faculty and students with the coordination and support of research projects within an academic setting.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with institutional policies, rules, and regulations across all academic activities.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise and collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders to continuously enhance the overall educational experience and program quality.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or a closely related field.
• Curriculum Development: Proficiency in Education and Curriculum Development to support the design and delivery of high-quality academic programs.
• Advising and Communication: Strong skills in Academic Advising and excellent Communication abilities to provide clear guidance to students and maintain effective collaboration with faculty and staff.
• Research Experience: Experience with conducting and/or supporting Research in academic settings.
• Organizational Skills: Demonstrable organizational and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
