Academic Coordinator (BDE)

Admissions Responsibilities:

❖ Responsible for enrolling students as per the pre-defined targets.

❖ Establish linkages with referrals and mobilizers to promote admissions.

❖ Manage the entire admissions process – from inquiry to enrolment – ensuring timely

communication with prospective students and their families.

❖ Develop strategies, plan and execute marketing activities to achieve the student admission targets.

❖ Support Social media team in facilitating the admissions.

❖ Conduct physical marketing drive, calling and counselling prospective students for enrolments.

❖ Plan and Organize and participate in admission events such as open houses, school tours, career fairs, and orientation programs.

❖ Respond promptly to admission-related queries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

❖ Evaluate application forms and supporting documents, ensuring compliance with admission criteria and institutional policies.

❖ Prepare regular reports on admission trends, conversion rates, and forecasts for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
