Company Description AIM BRITZ is a study abroad consultancy powered by a dynamic team with members who have experienced studying in the UK and Canada. Since 2018, we have grown from a small team in London and India to 25 core members and 20 online staff. We focus on preparing students for success with online mock interview sessions and have facilitated over 3000 visas. Recognized in the 'Asia Book of Records' and 'India Book of Records' for hosting the largest overseas education seminar, we strive to help students achieve their study abroad dreams. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor located in Trivandrum. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for providing students with personalized counseling, guiding them through the educational process, and offering career and academic advice. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assisting students with academic planning, and helping them understand their educational and career options. The role also involves organizing and conducting workshops and seminars to support students in their academic journey. Qualifications Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling Strong Communication skills Proficiency in Academic Advising Background in Education Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field Show more Show less
