Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven ABM (Account-Based Marketing) Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing targeted ABM strategies to engage key accounts, drive pipeline growth, and accelerate revenue. This role requires collaboration with sales, content, and demand generation teams to ensure alignment and execution of personalized marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value accounts. Collaborate with sales teams to identify key accounts and create tailored marketing campaigns to engage decision-makers. Utilize ABM platforms and marketing automation tools to build and execute personalized campaigns. Work closely with content marketing teams to create highly relevant and engaging content for target accounts. Analyze data and metrics to measure the success of ABM campaigns and optimize based on insights. Coordinate multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, digital advertising, and events . Align ABM efforts with overall demand generation strategies to support sales pipeline and revenue growth. Conduct research on target accounts to develop insights-driven engagement strategies. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all ABM touchpoints. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing. Proven experience with ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, Terminus, 6sense) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot). Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and buyer personas. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. Experience with personalization and segmentation strategies. Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in SaaS, technology, or enterprise B2B industries . Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
