Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Abacus Instructor to train and mentor students in mental arithmetic using the Abacus methodology. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a flair for teaching, and a commitment to nurturing young minds through creative and engaging learning techniques. Key Responsibilities Conduct Abacus and mental arithmetic classes as per the curriculum. Ensure effective classroom management and student discipline. Evaluate student performance through periodic assessments and progress reports. Customize teaching methods to suit different learning styles and age groups. Maintain attendance records and student performance logs. Engage with parents during review meetings to share student progress. Organize Abacus competitions and events to promote interest and motivation. Keep abreast of updates and new teaching methods in the Abacus domain. Assist in promotional and training activities of the center when required. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline (preferably in Education, Mathematics, or related field). Certification or training in Abacus is preferred. Prior teaching experience in Abacus or early childhood education is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience and enthusiasm for working with children. Strong numerical and analytical abilities. Ability to manage a classroom independently.
