Aavyan Consulting is inviting motivated and proactive graduate and postgraduate students to join as Campus Leaders. In this role, you will represent Aavyan on your campus, promote our flagship career-readiness initiatives, and help bridge the gap between academia and industry. This is a unique opportunity to develop leadership and outreach experience while working closely with our HR and CSR consulting teams. Success in this role is defined by effective communication, peer engagement, and consistent participation in Aavyan’s outreach activities. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between Aavyan Consulting and your university/college. Promote awareness of Aavyan’s programs (e.g., Prarambh), webinars, and internship opportunities within your campus community. Share program updates via student groups, clubs, WhatsApp, posters, and presentations. Encourage student participation and collect feedback from your campus. Participate in regular check-ins and planning sessions with the Aavyan team. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a graduate or postgraduate program (any discipline). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, responsible, and comfortable engaging with student communities. Interest in career development, HR, consulting, or CSR initiatives.
