AAPC CPC Certified Instructor

As an AAPC CPC Certified Instructor, your role will involve delivering high-quality training sessions on medical coding, preparing and updating educational materials, assessing student progress, and providing guidance to ensure success in the CPC certification exam. You will be responsible for staying updated on the latest coding guidelines, practices, and industry standards to ensure that relevant and accurate training is provided. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality training sessions on medical coding - Prepare and update educational materials - Assess student progress and provide guidance for CPC certification exam success - Stay updated on the latest coding guidelines, practices, and industry standards - Utilize effective communication and presentation skills - Assess student understanding and adapt teaching techniques accordingly - Utilize learning management systems (LMS) for training delivery - Address student queries effectively with strong problem-solving and analytical skills Qualifications Required: - AAPC CPC certification with comprehensive knowledge of medical coding guidelines (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) - Training and teaching experience - Effective communication and presentation skills - Detail-orientation and accuracy in relaying complex information - Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and basic computer tools - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Relevant experience or knowledge in the healthcare domain and compliance practices - Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent educational background preferred,
