Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant at Aamoda ply. The Executive Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, support executive team members, prepare daily reports, and maintain effective communication. While the role is based in Hyderabad. Qualifications Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support Experience with preparing and managing Daily Reports Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work well in a hybrid environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred Experience in the plywood or construction materials industry is a plus
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for founder and multi department coordination. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to whatsapps on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary coordination. Responsibilities Calendar management for executives Aid executive in preparing for meetings Responding to whatsapps/ emails and document requests on behalf of chairman Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for chairman Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills Strong written and verbal communication skills
