The Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and suppliers, ensuring project deadlines are met, conducting inspections, expediting project tasks, and managing logistics. The Project Manager will also be responsible for maintaining project budgets and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and completion of projects Expediting and Expeditor skills to ensure timely delivery of project components Inspection skills to monitor and control project quality Logistics Management skills to handle the transportation and storage of materials Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and onsite Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Previous experience in construction project management is a plus
