Role Overview: We’re hiring a skilled UI/UX Designer with a strong background in game development. You’ll be responsible for the look, feel, and functionality of player interfaces across platforms—working closely with design, art, and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, performance-optimized UI systems. Key Responsibilities: Design intuitive and polished UI/UX for in-game menus, HUDs, and systems. Create and manage UI assets, icons, and animations using Adobe Illustrator and Figma. Implement UI flows and dynamic elements using sprite sheets and animation controllers. Integrate UI into Unity (Canvas, Anchors, Animators). Ensure responsive design across PC and mobile platforms with optimized performance. Iterate designs based on user feedback, telemetry, and A/B testing. Maintain style guides and UI consistency across projects. Required Qualifications: 2–4 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience specifically within the games industry . Proven track record on at least one shipped game title (mobile or PC/console). Expertise in Adobe Illustrator for production-ready vector asset design. Proficiency with Unity UI workflows (prefabs, anchoring, resolution scaling). Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, motion, and usability principles in games. Solid portfolio showcasing UI work on real-time game projects. Bonus Skills: Motion design or VFX animation experience (e.g., Spine, After Effects). Familiarity with Indian visual culture and storytelling motifs. Previous work in agile/startup teams or live-service game environments.
