Role Overview Administer and Manage L&D in the region. Key Responsibilities Facilitate & Administer NHT for all Business Verticals in alignment with Business & HR Facilitate & Administer refresher training and all planned functional training intrevnetions in the region Monitor and track training efficacy metrics. Monitor and track the performance of the training team. Analysis and reporting of regional training data. Instruction Design and Content Update as required. Manage Regional Stakeholders Drive Central L&D Projects in the region as required Skill and Competencies Good Executive Presence Strong Communication Skills Interpersonal Skills and Stakeholder Management Data Analytics & Reporting Planning, Organizing & Execution Education and Experience Any Graduate or Post graduate with a total experience of 6 to 8 years in product, process and behavioural training out of which minimum 3 years in a team managerial role.
