Operations Executive - Wealth Management bengaluru 2 - 3 years INR 5.4 - 5.4 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Operations Executive to support our Wealth Management & Family Office operations. The candidate will be responsible for cash flow management, transaction processing, data maintenance, and backend support for HNI client portfolios. This role requires strong coordination skills, accuracy, and a solid understanding of mutual funds, market basics, and financial operations. Key Responsibilities1. Cash Flow & Banking Operations Manage daily cash flows, inflows/outflows, and reconciliation of bank transactions. Coordinate with banks for payments, client transactions, and operational requirements. Maintain accurate records of client investments, redemptions, switches, and payouts. 2. Investment Operations (HNI Clients) Execute Mutual Fund transactions through respective platforms as per approvals. Support portfolio updates, statement generation, and transaction summaries. Maintain MIS, dashboards, and reports for all HNI portfolios. 3. Documentation & Compliance Support Handle KYC, FATCA, and required documentation for client onboarding. Ensure accuracy of records for audits, regulatory checks, and internal reviews. Support NISM and SEBI-compliant processes within the operations function. 4. Data Management & Reporting Work on Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, Basic formulas) for tracking and analysis. Maintain updated data on Zoho Books including entries, reconciliations, and tracking. Prepare periodic operational reports for management and investment teams. 5. Coordination & Backend Support Coordinate with Relationship Managers, AMCs, and external partners. Support internal teams with timely updates on transactions and documentation. Respond to operational queries and ensure smooth backend support for HNI clients. Skills & QualificationsMust-Have Skills Basic Excel Knowledge (Pivot, VLOOKUP, basic functions). Experience in Bank Transactions & Cash Flow Management . Hands-on experience with Zoho Books . Knowledge of NSE basics . Mutual Fund Industry Knowledge . Certification (Mandatory) NISM V-A Mutual Fund Distributors Certification If the candidate has not cleared it yet, it must be passed within 1 month of joining . Experience Required 2–3 years in an Operations role within Financial Services, Wealth Management, MF Distribution, or related domains.
