Reviewing change request made by Client and ensure compliance with Client standards. Configuring backups and integration in back-up systems. Patch Management. Informix database systems location within the US. Supporting client in the design and best practices of database usage. Deployment Support 24/7. Opening and Managing PMRs. Monitoring system 24x7. Incident Management. Monthly Database reporting. Documenting change requests for all environments. Disaster Recovery support and tests. Meet SLAs.
