🎮 Business Development Manager (Esports) — Freelance | Pay on Work | Incentive-Based About Us: 4 END ESPORTS is a fast-growing, Telugu-based Esports organization focused on Free Fire MAX tournaments, competitive gaming, and building future champions. We’re expanding our partnerships and looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to help us grow our brand reach and revenue streams. Role: Business Development Manager (BDM) Type: Freelance / Pay on Work / High Incentive Model Location: Remote / Flexible Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with brands, sponsors, and agencies for tournament collaborations. Create and pitch strategic partnership proposals aligned with 4 END ESPORTS objectives. Explore and close potential revenue streams — from rosters, tournaments, and marketing tie-ups. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Work closely with the management team to plan campaigns and events. Track and report outreach results, leads, and conversions. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Esports / Brand Partnerships . Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with Esports or gaming communities is a plus. Self-driven and result-oriented mindset.
