We are looking for a Senior Design & Quotation Expert to join our team. This role involves preparing accurate quotations and design drawings , coordinating directly with clients, architects, and contractors , and supervising a junior team member. You will be a key link between enquiry and execution, ensuring cost-effective solutions and client delight. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed quotations, BOQs , and cost estimates for glass partitions and door systems Develop design and technical drawings using AutoCAD (or similar tools) and MS Excel Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to finalize specifications Supervise and guide a junior executive in preparing drawings and documentation Provide pre-sales support to the team with designs and technical inputs Work closely with the execution team to align designs with site requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience in estimation, design, or project coordination (glass/interiors/partitions preferred) Comfortable with AutoCAD (or equivalent) and MS Excel Excellent communication skills and ability to handle direct client interactions Leadership ability to supervise junior staff Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills What We Offer Competitive salary of 25,000 – 45,000 in -hand + attractive Incentives Exposure to premium projects across commercial and residential sectors Direct interaction with leading architects and contractors in Mumbai Growth path into project leadership and senior client-facing roles
