Job Overview: We are looking for a data-obsessed, ROI-driven Performance Marketing Manager who will take complete ownership of our digital growth engine. Youll drive high-impact campaigns across Amazon, Nykaa, Zepto, Google, Meta, and our D2C website, and be responsible for revenue performance, conversion metrics, and scaling our omnichannel presence. Performance Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Amazon, Nykaa, Zepto, and emerging channels. Manage complete ad funnels: audience targeting, creative testing, budget allocation, and ROAS tracking. Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing, conversion-focused assets. Revenue & Analytics Monitor and report campaign KPIs: CTR, CPC, CVR, CAC, ROAS, and revenue. Optimize D2C website performance: traffic, conversions, bounce rates, and landing page A/B testing. Use GA4, Meta Manager, Ads Manager, and marketplace dashboards to drive insights and scale. P&L Ownership Track marketing spend vs. revenue impact. Optimize for lower CAC and higher LTV while protecting profitability. Align performance goals with finance, e-commerce, and operations teams. Marketplace Strategy (Amazon/Nykaa/Zepto) Manage Sponsored Ads, Product Display Ads, Brand Stores, and Promotions. Boost keyword rankings, reviews, and sales conversions. Leverage visibility opportunities through platform partnerships. Continuous Experimentation Test new platforms, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments. Stay ahead of algorithm changes, best practices, and competitor benchmarks. What Were Looking For 5–8 years in performance marketing (preferably beauty/D2C/e-commerce). Strong grasp of media buying, customer funnels, and growth strategies. Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Amazon/Nykaa Ads, Shopify analytics, and Excel. Strong analytical and creative performance mindset. Self-starter who thrives in a high-ownership, fast-paced setup. Nice to Have Prior beauty brand or high-growth D2C startup experience. E-commerce Manager gurugram 5 - 7 years INR 5.0 - 8.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to lead our online operations across marketplaces, quick commerce, and D2C channels . This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong commercial acumen to drive growth, optimize processes, and deliver a superior customer experience. Key Responsibilities Marketplace & Quick Commerce Management Manage end-to-end operations for platforms like Nykaa, Amazon, Tira, Zepto , etc. Oversee product listings, A+ content, pricing updates, brand store setup, and platform hygiene. Plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales events with platform teams. Optimize searchability, customer reviews, and keyword rankings. Handle POs, inventory management, inwarding, and reconciliation. D2C Website & Delivery Management Oversee day-to-day Shopify website operations: product uploads, pricing, offers, banners, and inventory sync. Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely dispatches, monitor TATs, and handle RTOs/cancellations. Manage conversion rates, user-generated content, ratings, combos, launches, and offers. Inventory Planning & Supply Coordination Own inventory planning across all channels, including Q-commerce stock allocation. Forecast sales, monitor aging stock, and optimize replenishment cycles. Collaborate with warehouse, supply chain, and brand teams for buffer planning, production, and inter-warehouse transfers. P&L & Profitability Management Track revenue, margins, and commissions to manage the e-commerce P&L. Work with finance on claims, returns, and cash flow planning. Optimize channel profitability, pricing strategies, and logistics costs. Customer Care & Retention Manage customer service function (in-house or outsourced) for timely resolution of order issues, delays, and returns. Develop SOPs for complaint handling and escalation. Drive retention via Klaviyo, Shopify Email, WebEngage loyalty programs, post-purchase journeys, and churn reduction initiatives. Reporting & Analysis Maintain weekly dashboards covering sales, returns, inventory, ROAS, and KPIs. Prepare monthly review reports for business planning and forecasting. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience: 36 years in e-commerce operations (beauty, personal care, or FMCG preferred). Proven experience with Nykaa, Amazon, Tira, Zepto, and Q-commerce platforms . Strong skills in PO management, inventory planning, and e-commerce P&L handling. Proficient in Excel, Shopify, Amazon/Nykaa portals, and Looker Studio . Understanding of D2C delivery, CRM, and customer service processes. Self-starter with problem-solving abilities, ownership mindset, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
