Job Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D interior and exterior designs using Coohom software.
• Develop realistic renderings and walkthroughs to present design concepts.
• Collaborate with the design and execution team to translate client requirements into visually appealing outputs.
• Ensure timely delivery of 3D visuals for projects.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Coohom software (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, and detailing.
• Creativity with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Previous experience in interior design/3D visualization preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• New XL Interiors Factory , Koothattukulam Office: ₹25,000 per month + Accommodation provided For Male candidates.
• Working Hours: 08:00 am – 05:00 pm
• New XL Interiors , Maradu Office: ₹25,000 per month (Accommodation not included) Male and Female candidates preferred
• Working Hours: 09:30 am – 05:30 pm
