Please find the JD below for the same: Undertake design project from concept to completion. · Preparation of 3D of the project (Internal and External ) as per the Final Architectural Plan; · Make Docket and Submission Plan · Preparation of Exterior and Interior Signages with BOQ · Preparation of Art Work for Project/Product. Skills Required: · Experience with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit and 3DS Max; · Experience with rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape · Good understanding of lighting, texture, and color theory · Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately communicate design concepts · Qualification – any qualification related to Architectural Field. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Strong communication and problem-solving skills · Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month Job Description: 3D Designer for Architectural Firm Position : 3D Designer Location : Bhandup West Employer : ArchFusion Design Salary Range : ₹30,000 - ₹55,000 per month Job Overview We are looking for a talented and experienced 3D Designer to join our dynamic team at 3D Designer. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience working on commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Proficiency in various 3D design software is essential. The candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality 3D visualizations that align with our clients' architectural visions. Key Responsibilities · Experience with 3D modeling & Visualisation - software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit and 3DS Max; · Experience with rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape · Good understanding of lighting, texture, and color theory · Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately communicate design concepts · Qualification – any qualification related to Architectural Field. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Strong communication and problem-solving skills · Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Experience 4-5 years of professional experience in 3D design for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. Proven track record of successful project completions and satisfied clients. Technical Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray and other relevant 3D design software. Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes. Soft Skills Excellent creativity and artistic skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Other Requirements Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
