About the Role We are seeking dynamic, passionate, and driven individuals to join our design team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in 3D visualization, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. The role requires someone who can communicate effectively, work methodically, and meet deadlines with ease. If you have a strong passion for architecture and design, coupled with the ability to create stunning 3D models and visualizations, we’d love to hear from you. Roles and Responsibilities: Interpret architectural plans and design concepts to create accurate, visually appealing 3D models Develop realistic, immersive 3D visualizations of buildings, interiors, and landscapes using industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender Apply textures, materials, and lighting to produce photorealistic renders in line with project requirements Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and clients to understand project visions and incorporate feedback into visualizations Produce high-quality still images and animations for presentations, marketing materials, and project development Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring the timely delivery of visualizations Stay current on industry trends, new software tools, and emerging technologies to enhance skills and techniques Troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative solutions to achieve desired visual outcomes Contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects and styles Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years in a similar role A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects Expertise in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or similar tools A solid understanding of architectural principles and the ability to interpret blueprints and design concepts with precision Proficiency in texturing, materials, lighting, and rendering techniques Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality visualizations Additional Attributes: Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technology Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Demonstrated passion for design and continuous learning We offer a dynamic, collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement.
