As a detail-oriented 3D Visualizer, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for architectural and design projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for architectural and design projects. - Conducting initial site analysis and preparing 2D layouts on an actual scale site support. - Collaborating closely with designers and architects to translate ideas into visually compelling presentations. - Delivering professional-grade visualizations to support sales and marketing efforts. - Engaging with clients to explain visualized designs and effectively pitch project concepts. - Utilizing your knowledge of software such as Autocad 2D and 3D for site supervision. Qualifications Required: - Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Graphic Design. - Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic renders. - Understanding of architectural and interior design principles. - Excellent artistic and visualizing skills with a keen eye for detail. - Strong communication and marketing skills for presenting designs to clients. - Ability to resolve technical challenges related to 3D modeling and rendering. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving skills. Additionally, you will be required to work full-time during day shifts. Strong communication and marketing skills will be advantageous in presenting designs to clients. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, Maya, V-Ray, SketchUp, etc. is highly desirable.
