Responsibilities Create detailed 3D models and visualizations based on design briefs. Collaborate with designers and architects to understand project requirements. Utilize 3D modeling software to produce realistic renderings. Ensure that all visualizations meet project specifications and deadlines. Review and improve existing models and renderings. Maintain a library of 3D assets and materials. Stay updated with industry trends and software advancements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or related field. Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D visualizations. Proficient in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar. Knowledge of rendering engines like V-Ray or Corona. Excellent attention to detail and artistic ability. Good communication and teamwork skills.
