We are a leading player in the 3D Visualization industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality visual experiences. We are seeking a 3D Modeler with 1-5 years of experience in three-dimensional geometry, modelling, lighting & texturing, camera placement, rendering for architectural modelling. Freshers with a growth mindset and with a keen ability to learn can also apply. Key Responsibilities: 3D Model Creation: Create 3D Architectural models in Autodesk, 3DS-MAX using AutoCAD files. Texturing and Lighting: Apply textures & lighting to 3D models to achieve photorealistic Images. Collaboration: Work closely with distributed teams in collaborative & productive manner to ensure alignment on project goals and incorporate feedback effectively. Time & Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines while maintaining high-quality output. This includes organizing tasks and prioritizing projects based on the due dates. Required Skillset: Software Proficiency : Proficiency in utilizing various software tools (e.g., 3DS-MAX, AutoCAD, V-Ray). Familiarity with additional tools like Photoshop and Itoo Forest-pack Software. Artistic Proficiency : Strong understanding of architectural plans, landscaping and aesthetic visualization. Ability to create both stylized and photorealistic models is essential. Attention to Detail : A keen eye for detail is necessary to accurately replicate real-world materials and surfaces in a digital format. Technical Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot creative and technical issues as they arise during production based on project needs. Adaptability: Employees should demonstrate adaptability to MediaLab standards, including adherence to company culture, production processes, and evolving industry requirements. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members across different locations to ensure seamless progress on projects. Reading : Involves reviewing info sheets, emails, and standard documents. Writing : Effective communication through emails, MS Teams, etc., is key for clear and concise interaction. Verbal : Collaboration with teammates, QA leads, validators, and color artists is frequent.
