Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 3D Graphic Designer, based in Noida. We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer with at least 3 years of experience in designing event setups, exhibitions, stage layouts, and immersive environments. If you can visualize space, bring concepts to life in 3D, and collaborate closely with event strategists, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate creative event concepts into detailed 3D visualizations and renders
• Design stages, exhibition booths, brand zones, experience zones, and installations
• Work closely with creative directors, visualizers, and production teams to bring ideas to life
• Maintain brand consistency while enhancing visual storytelling
• Create realistic renders with lighting, textures, and scale
• Adapt designs as per venue dimensions and client feedback
• Ensure timely delivery of presentation-ready renders for client pitches and production teams

Must-Have Skills

• Expertise in 3D design software
• Working knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator
• Strong sense of space, aesthetics, and materials
• Ability to interpret briefs and convert 2D layouts into stunning 3D visuals
• Good communication and time management skills
• Understanding of event production and fabrication will be a strong plus

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding
• Expertise in Typography
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) or equivalent
• Exceptional attention to detail and creativity in executing design projects
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Relevant degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Experience in creating 3D designs and implementing visuals in a marketing or experiential setting is a plus
