Job Description – Accounts Executive Position: Accounts Executive Department: Accounts & Finance Location: Jaipur Experience: 1–3 years (or as required) Key Responsibilities: 1. Tally ERP / Tally Prime Accounting • Enter and maintain sales and purchase bills accurately in Tally. • Record payment entries, receipt entries, and other general journal entries. • Handle debtors and creditors ledger entries, reconciliation, and follow-ups. • Maintain and update all accounting records in accordance with company policies. 2. GST & Tax Compliance • Perform GST reconciliation (GSTR-2A/2B, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B). • Verify GST details on invoices, vendor data, and ensure proper tax classification. • Prepare and support monthly/quarterly GST return working. • Manage E-Way Bill generation and compliance as required. 3. Bank & Account Reconciliation • Conduct regular bank reconciliation and vendor/supplier reconciliation. • Verify party statements and ensure timely corrections. 4. Documentation & Coordination • Maintain organized documentation of all accounting records. • Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for invoice clarification and payments. • Support in audits by providing required financial data and reports. 5. Reporting • Prepare periodic accounting reports such as: o Outstanding receivables/payables o Daily/weekly accounting summary o GST and tax summary • Assist the Accounts Manager in preparing financial statements when needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance or similar. • Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime. • Knowledge of GST rules, E-way bill system, and basic tax compliance. • Strong understanding of accounting principles. • Good Excel skills (Vlookup, Pivot preferred). • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong communication and coordination skills. Job Description – CCTV Installation Engineer Position: CCTV Installation Engineer Department: Technical / Security Systems Location: Jaipur Experience: Fresher–1years Key Responsibilities: 1. CCTV Installation & Configuration Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related security equipment. Perform site surveys to identify camera locations and cable routing. Handle installation of IP cameras, Analog cameras, and their network setup. 2. Wiring & Cabling Work Carry out structured cabling, including CAT6, coaxial, and power cables. Perform cable laying, termination, testing, and troubleshooting. Ensure neat and safe wiring practices as per industry standards. 3. Troubleshooting & Maintenance Diagnose issues in CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, power supply, connectors, and cabling. Perform routine maintenance, system upgrades, and health checks. Replace faulty equipment and ensure system uptime. 4. On-Site Support Coordinate and work at client locations for installations and service calls. Provide basic training to clients on using CCTV systems. Prepare installation reports, service reports, and maintain documentation. 5. Additional Responsibilities Assist in related security system installations (access control, biometric devices, Epabx system, wifi access point etc.) if required. Ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to quality standards. Follow safety protocols during installation and service activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field. Hands-on experience with CCTV installation, access control, biometric devices, Epabx system, wifi access point, wiring, and configuration. Good understanding of networking basics, IP addressing, and cable management. Ability to use tools such as drill machines, testers, crimping tools, etc. Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving ability. Willingness to travel to various project sites.
