Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review
test fits
, space planning, and layout drawings as per client requirements.
Manage and review
GFC (Good for Construction)
drawings and ensure design intent is met on site.
Coordinate
effectively with consultants, vendors, and internal project teams for smooth design execution.
Handle
client management
, presentations, and design approvals.
Stay updated with
materials, finishes, and current market trends
to ensure innovative and cost-effective design solutions.
Ensure brand consistency and design quality across all projects.
Support project documentation, BOQ validation, and design reviews.

Skills & Tools:

Proficient in
AutoCAD
,
Photoshop
,
SketchUp
,
MS Office
, and
PowerPoint
.
Strong knowledge of design detailing, materials, and fit-out processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Architecture / Interior Design.
Minimum
5-8 years
of experience in
corporate interior design
or
co-working spaces
.
Experience in handling large-scale office projects will be preferred.
