Responsibilities: Supervise the service team and ensure smooth floor operations. Take guest feedback and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage table allocations, service, order taking, and billing oversight. Train and motivate stewards to maintain service standards. Coordinate between kitchen, bar, and service teams. Handle guest escalations and ensure prompt resolutions. Requirements: 3–5 years experience in F&B service with at least 1 year as Captain. Excellent communication & leadership skills.
