Role Description We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our on-site creative team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, strong design sensibilities, and a solid grasp of visual storytelling to support branding, packaging, print, digital, and social media projects. They will be responsible for creating graphic designs, developing branding materials, designing logos, producing high-quality assets, and ensuring consistency across all visual identities while collaborating closely with the team. Qualifications Proficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design ( Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; familiarity with Figma and Coral Draw is a plus) Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Logo Design and Branding Strong understanding of brand systems, visual identity, color theory, typography, and composition Ability to design packaging, brand collaterals, and marketing assets with attention to detail and consistency A creative mind with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals that align with brand strategy Strong skills in Typography Understanding of print production processes, packaging dielines, and design-for-print best practices Excellent attention to detail and creativity Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory Comfortable collaborating with a team, receiving feedback, and refining designs A portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and logo design work Work Schedule On-site role (Lucknow) Monday to Saturday Timing: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (adjust as needed) Occasional project-based flexibility when required
