Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a TSM position located in Etawah. The TSM will be responsible for managing sales operations, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing market opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Additional duties include analyzing market trends, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize business outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
Relationship management and customer service expertise
Market analysis and business development experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams
Understanding of plumbing and bathroom solutions or relevant industry experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred
