Role Overview:

Class 11th & 12th (JEE/NEET streams)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver

  high-quality online classes

  for JEE/NEET aspirants.
• Design and implement structured lesson plans aligned with the latest syllabus.
• Conduct

  doubt-clearing sessions

  and concept reinforcement classes.
• Prepare and review academic content, practice sheets, and test materials.
• Use digital tools effectively to create engaging online learning experiences.
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback.
• Collaborate with academic teams to improve content and teaching strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject.

• Experience:

  2–3 years of teaching experience (including offline/home tuition experience).
• Must be

  comfortable teaching online.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong conceptual understanding of Class 11th & 12th curriculum and competitive exam patterns.

• Training Period:

  3 months (initial training before final onboarding).

• Type:

  Full-time Trainee faculty position (post successful training evaluation).

  20–30 minute demo video
