You’ll be using AI-powered workflows to cut, enhance, and ship scroll-stopping content—from 30-second shorts to long-form podcasts. This role blends creative instinct with AI tool fluency —where speed is multiplied by the right stack, but story still leads . What You’ll Do Utilize AI tools in workflow wherever possible to save time and efforts, ensuring quality Generate videos using AI tools with prompt iterations Edit short-form videos (30s–3 min) and long-form formats (5–90 mins) Shape raw footage into tight, compelling stories Focus on retention-first editing —minimize fluff, create rhythm, and increase engagement Cut podcasts, auto-remove filler words, generate captions, enhance pacing Create “screen-shott-able moments” that prompt shares and note-taking Automatically create short clips from long-form content Add transitions, music, text, SFX, B-roll, overlays Craft strong hooks, scroll stopping Trailers, Intros and Outros for podcasts and long form videos Tailor Per Brand Adapt the edit style to brand tone—calm, bold, minimal, or energetic Match style, pacing, and tone to the brand’s identity and target audience Ensure each video feels distinct and not cookie-cutter Optimize for Social Media and Attention Format and optimize videos for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, etc Use smart cuts, pacing, B-roll, memes, motion text, SFX, and music to hold attention Support Across Formats Talking-heads, interviews, customer stories, thought leadership, behind-the-scenes, and more Success Metrics Every video to be edited keeping in mind: Views Watch Duration Audience Retention This isn’t just about pretty edits—it’s about performance.
