Job Description

Job Title: Network support Administrator Location: Koregaon Park annex , Pune (On-site) Role Overview: As a Network support Administrator you will be responsible for monitoring network infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless communication with clients through voice and email channels. This role requires hands-on experience with networking nature as well as on-site client visits for network setup and the integration of new links. You'll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the performance of our network services. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and maintain network operations to ensure optimal performanc for Link. • Handle voice and email communication with clients to address issues and queries. • Perform configuration and management of SIP, MPLS link , VOIP calling. • Conduct on-site visits for client network setups and integration of new links. • Troubleshoot network issues promptly and efficiently. • Stay up-to-date with the latest in network technologies and security practices. Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree in IT, Networking, or related field, or equivalent work experience. • Strong background in IT networking and network infrastructure. • Hands-on experience with network devices (L3 switches, routers, firewalls). • Excellent network scanning, observation, and troubleshooting skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with good organizational ability.
