Job Description: Job Profile: Booking the orders received from Sales team in the ERP Communicating the technical specs of the order with Sales team and Production team Invoice and logistics arrangement for customer orders through field sales team Communicate with sales team and customers on products, order and shipment enquiry. Maintain the integrity of sales records in system. Prepare regular sales reports. Provide admin and clerical support to sales management. Desired Candidate profile: Desired Candidate profile: B2B industry experience Customer Service Experience Reporting and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal command of English / Hindi / Gujarati Computer literacy in MS Office Working knowledge of MS AX or ERP will be an asset. A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. A strong sense of responsibility & ownership is required. Able to work independently to resolve problems.
